Ordered BurnSlim product after falling for IG advertisement. Later, after having second thoughts, mailed items back via USPS. Called the customer service number (323) 237-8012 - they confirmed they received the return products. First 2 calls I was promised my refund was being "expedited". 3rd call female agent was rude and said my refund was being processed and I would just have to wait.

My 4th attempt was today 4/13/26.

Agent didn't even ask for my account number, I was told now to get my refund through email.

Please warn consumers NOT to order this product.

Ordered the product from BurnSlim.com and received. My doc said not safe to use. They promised 60 day refund. I returned the product, sent the tracking label completed their return forms. I was able to confirm they received the product 30 days ago and no refund and just the runaround.
