Ordered 6 bottles. Thought about cost and regretted it. Sent an email since the 866.637.2482 said that the were closed for order cancellation. I was sent a link for a refund filled out a 25-question questionnaire regarding the refund. It said complete. I called them on the 866# and got a customer service representative and was advised since there has been a tracking number has been created i can't cancel order and they tried to negotiate a settlement of 50% of my money back. I told them you can't negotiate with someone who has changed their mind and doesn't have product. Then she hung up. I had to stop the charge
