Burn Peak delivered bottles with fewer capsules than advertised

Burn Peak promoted 6 bottles of 60 capsules each. However, upon receipt, I found 4 out of six of those bottles to contain 30 capsules or less. The bottles were safety sealed. I can't imagine that this was such a recurrent manufacturing error as opposed to an intentional decrease in product per bottle as a cost saving/profit motive for the company.

Burn Peak weight loss product did not work and they won't give a refund

I order and received nine bottles of Burn Peak from their website burnpeak.com. It did not work. Only lost one pound over one month. Advertising claimed up to three to four pounds per week. Contacted by email at [email protected] as no phone number was available. Tried to talked me out of return multiple times. Finally given access to limk for returns. Took over 30 minutes, required a video from me and offered partial refunds without return of product. Returned seven bottles via USPS, tracking number 9505 8169 4566 6036 1558 75. Was received on 2/9 at 10:44 AM. As of 3/27 i have not received a refund for the $457.92 I spent. I have reported to my credit card and the card company is investigating.

I believe this is a scam.

Ordered 6 bottles. Thought about cost and regretted it. Sent an email since the 866.637.2482 said that the were closed for order cancellation. I was sent a link for a refund filled out a 25-question questionnaire regarding the refund. It said complete. I called them on the 866# and got a customer service representative and was advised since there has been a tracking number has been created i can't cancel order and they tried to negotiate a settlement of 50% of my money back. I told them you can't negotiate with someone who has changed their mind and doesn't have product. Then she hung up. I had to stop the charge
