They advertise that the e-bike travels over 100 without recharge, they also mention the top speed at 40 mph, that is not true and there customer service is none existent. Not very happy dealing with this Y3 e bike from Burchda. After adjusting and programming the speed, its speed limit is still 36 mph. Burchda advertise top speed at 40 mph. The Y3 does not come close. Plus the battery issues, it seems like the battery is a refurbished version and that’s not good enough. I would like to return this used Y3. That’s too bad because I thought this would be the one. I am not getting good support from the website, Burchda.com. They are not helping me, not good customer service. I want my money back and a full refund but they are not acknowledging me, terrible service.
