I purchased a 200 piece magnetic building block set that was supposed to include I believe 12 light up cubes but the product I got didn't include any that lit up. I emailed on 12/24 and received the only response on 12/28. I have since emailed 5 times with no additional response.

I ordered 2 sets of light up magnetic blocks from BuildiBlox. After an extremely delayed shipping, when I finally received my order, it was for a lesser quality item. None of the blocks light up and all the quality characteristics they describe in the advertisement were not what they sent me. The company never notified me they were sending me a different product than what I ordered. When I reached out to the company to return the blocks they sent, as they are not why I ordered, they informed me they ran out of the blocks I did order and that if they ever get them in stock some day, they will send me some. They will not give me any instructions on how to return the blocks for a refund. After multiple attempts, they are not responding to me.
