This company is currently being investigated for unsafe living conditions for properties it owns. I applied for a property and fully filled out the application and paid my application fee. My application was never processed, even upon reminder and request. After the possible move in date passed I asked for my application fee to be returned and this request was refused citing terms and conditions. However, law supersedes this as services were never rendered therefor fee's or compensation should not be received or kept.
