Purchase was made online, shipping info given, but tracking label said “printed” but never picked up. There’s even a disclaimer on the website that this is an issue due to the holidays, but give it 1-3 days to update. I’ve contacted the company several times (I’ve heard back once, assuring me that my product was coming), and then I’ve never heard back again. It has been an entire month. Other emails on my part have been ignored. No product was ever received
