Purchased shoes from a German company on 9/3/2025. Shipment was held in U.S. Customs because seller failed to provide required documentation. FedEx confirmed no response from seller. I had to submit my own paperwork to clear it. Company ignored all of my attempts to contact them. This caused delays and hardship. If I didn't provide these documents that are usually provided by the seller, I would never have received my item. Reporting so other consumers are warned.
