Yes so I was left a message saying that I would be served at my job or home and I would need two form of ID. So I called back and they told me they who the creditor was and that I would be served in the future. He told me I could settle today for $130 plus $40 processing fees so I settled. He told me I would receive a email confirmation that the debt is paid off but I have yet to receive anything and when I call back it says they’re only open Monday-Thursday until 6p and Friday until 3p.
