This person Britton Wood claims to do gutter guards. Applied the (sort of) they are not attached and with a stiff wind started blowing off. On May 17 requested he return and fix them. Britton did not respond. On June 30 I contacted him again and he said he would be there on July 3. No show! I contacted him on Monday July 6th. He now wants me to pay a $100 service fee before he will return and fix the issue.

I am doing this on behalf of my mother who is 90 years old. I feel he is preying and taking advantage of the elderly.
