September 9, 2017 Saturday. I was looking for a samoyed puppy and I saw their site (www.txsamoyeds.site) on the web, so I went over it, gave it a try. I live chat with someone who seems to know about the puppies for sale. It was a very straight forward question and answer communication, and I was instructed to pay $1200 thru Walmart-2-Walmart money transfer to: Brittish Dixon in Texas phone number 432-827-2989. The website even removed the listing of the puppy I wanted after I made the decision which one I wanted to get. Their website says that they can ship the puppy in 48 hours, so I believed it that once I pay they will start shipping process. We communicated through text messaging after he gave the info. After I sent the money, the responses became few, and that I had to keep asking the info when should I expect the puppy, how do I go about the delivery, etc. He would still reply but the wait was too long, unlike when I was about to send the money. September 10, 2017, Sunday, I was not hearing from Brittish, so I was always the one asking for any update. That afternoon I got a message from him, to check my email (see attachment) . The Delivery company (Midland Express Delivery) is asking me to make a extra payment of $1000 for the puppy container and insurance, which will be refunded once they deliver the puppy. And it's instructing me to use Walmart-2-Walmart pay to Berteidreon Mobley in Midland, Texas. At this point, I was getting anxious that I was sending all this money without talking with anyone apart from text messaging. I called Brittish number, but it went to a "the text message subscriber you're calling is not available" message. I realized that it's not a celphone nor a landline recording. I texted Brittish about it and his response was he couldn't talk because he was at work, and that I do not need to talk with anyone and that I just pay the $1000 so that the puppy will be shipped. I find that response rude. But he gave me the number of the Delivery company 432-219-5078, and someone (male) that sounds like he has a "speaking difficulty" answered the call. I had a hard time understanding him. I called him James thinking this was the delivery guy in the email. I asked James to change the delivery time to Monday 4:30 pm and he was so quick to say yes to it. I gave the benefit of the doubt to this situation even when my instinct was yelling at me all the red flags it's detecting, because I wanted this puppy so bad. So I sent the extra $1000 through Walmart again. I emailed James the copy of the receipt and called him and he said he will start "putting the papers together" for my puppy, and he will get to me in an hour to give the confirmation. Never heard from him anymore. September 11, Monday. I waited for any confirmation email, text message--nothing. I kept text messaging Brittish and James, there was no more response. By 3 pm I knew I was scammed. By 4:40 pm I called Brittish using my niece's phone, he picked up and when I spoke his name, he hung up. I called him again in my phone, and message said "call rejected". That afternoon, I filed a scam report to the sheriff and usa.gov. I also called Walmart to notify to block the names of those scammers in their system. Very unfortunately they were able to steal $2200 from me. THE WEBSITE (WWW.TXSAMOYEDS.SITE) IS STILL ON, that's the reason I'm reporting this incident so that ScamPulse.com will do something about this fraudulent website , and that nobody will be a victim.
