Mr. William Ferrerosa offered me an apartment for rent in the area I requested and I gave him a deposit of $1,200.00 and signed the lease agreement and on the day I was to move in I found out that said apartment had already been rented out over a month ago. He claimed to know nothing on what happened and just basically shrugged it off. I did further investigation on the building owner only to find out the lease agreement I signed was not valid and it was forged by Mr. Ferrerosa. He is a scam artist. I took a day off of work and rented a Uhaul truck, had all my belonging packed and ready to go and I had NO apartment to move in to.
