A customer at the restaurant I work for said they used "our website" (by which they meant google), to place an order. When I told them we only accept delivery orders from a few select third-party services, they pulled up a text message to show me that their credit card had been charged. An order was placed at the restaurant through telephone, but the customer said they ordered online. The website they placed the order through was called "www.bringmethat.com". It's an obvious scam where they're taking unsuspecting "customers" credit card information and taking them for whatever they can get. The restaurant received no payment. The only contact was once through the phone, and the callback number was disconnected.

Brinbmethat.com posed as an online restaurant's third party in getting order placed. Our customer went onto the internet and made an order through bringmethat.com. They charged her for an unknown amount and gave her a pickup time. They then placed her order by phone to our restaurant and attempted to pay by phone, which we do not allow. All of our online orders are only authorized to be made by directly ordering from our website using a credit card. The customer came in to pick up her order and was told that her order was not paid for, even though she'd paid bringmethat.com. While researching the site for more information, we came across a "No Refund" policy. We believe this company is fraudulently collecting monies for products and service that they do not intend to provide. Please stop them from doing this to another person. Although we have heightened our awareness to this issue, we will not be able to tell if the actual customer is calling in for an order or if a representative from bring me that, who has most likely already collected the customer's money, is making the order. In the end, we as an establishment will be the one who will have to deal with the unhappy, unwitting, unbeknownst customer and it is just not right. Please help.

This company targets the individual to enter credit card information for a purchase that doesn't really exist. But the restaurant is also targeted being that when you enter the restaurant in a google search, one of the choices is bringmethat.com with the restaurants name in the description for online purchase & delivery. When you click on that website, the restaurant's menu comes up. Customer then places an order (that is not real) and enters their credit card info for payment. The customer then shows up at the restaurant and says they paid and wants their order. Customer got scammed by bringmethat.com but restaurant managers have to go through hoops trying to figure it out and calm customer down and restaurant has to explain to customer that they got scammed. Everyone in the New Orleans Metropolitan area needs to know that many delivery websites just post a restaurant's menu even when the restaurant has no affiliation with the company.

I used this service to order food one time. They charged a monthly fee of $9.95 without my consent or me knowing.
