I ordered two black bins. I never received an email confirmation with shipping. I used PayPal to purchase the items. I also signed up for their newsletter and never received anything. When I went back to the website I noticed that it was in Alaska address. But the time before it was a New York address. I looked on Google maps at the Alaska address and it was a house. I then contacted the email address attached to PayPal and asked for shipping information. I got no response. Later I asked for a refund from the email address attached to PayPal. I got no response. I asked PayPal to reimburse me my $23 and they did.

Then I saw online that someone on Reddit had said a very similar website had scammed them. It appears that "bright rooms" has three different websites that look legitimate.
