Ordered from Temu site, from BrightBuy. Product delivered came with no accompanying info about the order or the company in a rough looking package that came from what looked like a residential address in Chicago. The products (auto back seat organizers) were not the quality advertised and appeared to be a much cheaper version of the product that sells for about $11 each (vs. $50 the versions that we were supposed to get). First disputed the charge on my Credit Card, but also contacted BrightBuy. They indicated that they could not work with me to get a refund unless I closed the credit card dispute. I did that and then they started stall tactics and then went dark and never responded.
