There was a picture of a “Lego” music set on Facebook claiming to be a company called Bricktify. These are plastic block sets that has the same concept as Lego however they are not the same. The website looked official and they had my favorite bands object you can build. I stupidly ordered the set on February 07th 2025 a gift for myself. I paid through PayPal. A month later I still hadn’t received my order. I then emailed the company at [email protected]. You fill out the contact information at the bottom of the page. They “claimed” it was still in production and I should receive it soon. Another month goes by it is now April so I emailed again and they apologized again and told me it’s on it’s on its way. Two and a half months later it finally came. I received this really dinky box with supposedly all the blocks and directions provided. Now when you pay $80 for a set you’d think you would get a good size box and easy to read directions. That is so false I realized I am a victim of a scammer. I don’t want anyone else to fall into this trap like I did. Order information, where the product supposedly came from and the actual sender were all different. So it’s really hard to get a hold of anyone. I did grab a screenshot of my order information with the order number and I also have a screenshot of the instructions. If you saw the pictures you wouldn't believe it. I work hard for my money and unfortunately there are people out there who’ll do anything to steal it from you. Lesson learned.

I ordered what was supposed to be Prince on his motorcycle. It came in a clear, see-through bag with color pieces that were not even in the picture, nor were there instructions on how to assemble it enclosed.

When I contacted them, they said it was still in production. I am now waiting for a response on a refund, since it has been less than 30 days. I told them I will return the product once I receive my money back, as I do not believe they will refund my money.

Its building blocks to make a figure. What was sent was round pegs that does not even build the product. It was advertised on facebook

Its a scam. It says refund after 60 days but the product does not come until 8 weeks. Scam company. Sad!

Lego type item. Have not received any updates on progress or tracking numbers. Attempted to cancel order and have not received any acknowledgment that they canceled my order. On website reviews state that there have been orders taken, but not have been delivered.
