The person called me saying that I did a loan that I need to paid back, in 2015. I owed them 5000.00, and they are going to deliver papers to take me to court. Then I asked them more info about the loan and what bank. The person said that info on the paperwork when I get served. When I called back to find more information that when I known it was a scam because the person did not want to talk to me about anything and transfered me back to the person that talked to in the first place.
