The items received were not made of the same material listed on the website. I bought two items that were supposed to be a cotton/polyester and cotton/cashmere blend, respectively. Both were 100% polyester. Also, the "contact us" email provided is not valid and there is not a phone number on the website to call.

I made online purchase of 2 sweaters on Dec 11th. Three weeks later tracking via the email shows still in china. I send email complaining on the time it takes to update the tracking and location of items and get email very next day apologizing with another tracking number. When I click it shows items delivered to front door but this is a lie. I work from home, office front of house facing street. No delivery was ever made as video feeds verified. I sent email advising, never heard ;back.
