I completed the childhood trauma test on this app, and at the end it asked how much I was willing to spend. I selected the $1 option only. However, after submitting my payment, the app charged me not only the $1 I approved, but also an additional $14.99 without my authorization.

I never agreed to or approved the $14.99 charge. Despite attempting to contact the company about the unauthorized charge and requesting a refund, I have not received any response or resolution.

I believe this app uses misleading and deceptive billing practices, as it charged more than the amount I specifically selected and approved. Plus it auto renews if you do not cancel even when you didn’t sign up.

Facebook link to an app, Breeze App. Claims $1 trial, then charges $15 and continues trying to charge $30 every month. Can’t log into their app to cancel or contact them.
