Was on a dating site when I was messaged by someone. We talked for a while then asked about maybe setting up a meeting. I was contacted thru email from Brazzers booking management. After talking thru this for a while I decided to set everything up. Initially was only $299 then once that was paid a long with every other payment sent they say I have a missing amount that needed to be settled in order to proceed. After the first 2 times I decided this is not worth it and asked for a refund. They them proceed to tell me I have to pay some ridiculous fee to get my money back. I did that and yet again another fee can up that I need to pay in order to process my refund. I've asked to speak with upper management from there and they refuse to let me talk to anyone else and don't give me full info on what they need or the payment. After asking to reassure that it would be the last payment made for the 8th or 9th time and that the amount given was all that was left owed, once I paid it and it went thru they tell me I owe more money yet again. I've not received anything from them for the services I've paid for not did they provide any kind of terms or condition statements. I'm still fighting with them about my refund and have talked to several other people within their billing agency they can't find my transactions for some reason and I've given them everything I know they asked for. And they still want me to send another $150 to process my refund.
