It was a normal purchase of underwear, that came with a free gift. The free gift turn out to be a subscription with a monthly fee. I have emailed to cancel, but get no response.

Ordered underwear was much smaller than stated on sites size chart. Tried to return and was offered 35% of price. Also was told I would have to pay for shipping even though their site says Free returns. Shipping address was in China with costs more than items purchased? Company phone number is disconnected.
