I clicked on a sponsored ad on Instagram and bought an Easter NeeDoh bundle toy on March 8th. I reached out to the company Boxaroos and they sent me a tracking number that says the package was undelivered. However, my address was correct and I always receive packages at this address. I requested a refund and they didn’t respond.
