I googled Yeti 20M cooler and it showed the photo of the product with the manufacturer Yeti logo. I purchased the item through Apple Pay. After 9 days there is still no shipping communication. When I attempted to reach them by nine different emails, they auto reply. I can't get a refund and I can't speak to anyone about getting a refund. This is a fraudulent business.

Ordered a stainglass stacked book lamp from the website. When the item arrived it was a piece of plastic film folded into the shape of a stack of books and it was damaged. I reached out to the company as their website states that they offer returns for damaged or incorrect items with free shipping (mine was both - clearly a bait and switch which got damaged along the way). They responded by saying that I can have 10% of my $ back with 50% off of my next purchase or I can pay to ship the item to Germany and they will "review" whether or not to accept the return.
