Boutiq Switch took my online order. I received an email confirming my order and it informed me I would be receiving details for payment subsequently. I then got a text message with Apple Pay details for payment. I sent the payment, they confirmed it and then said it would be shipped. I then get a text message from Fastway Logistics Express asking for another payment of $105.11 for stamps in order to get the item delivered. Since I paid for shipping in my order I questioned them about this additional request. The company then told me via text that these were new rules and I had to pay. I then requested the order be cancelled and refunded. No further communication from either company since then. No refund, no shipment. It is my belief that the two companies are connected somehow and are scamming people every day.
