I purchased remineralizing tooth powder from Botanis Labs advertised on Facebook. The product was delivered in about 2 weeks and I was curious to know who manufactured the product and if it was 3rd party tested since it's a product you leave in your mouth overnight. I enquired on the contact page on the website https://botanislabs.com. Well, the short version is that they were unable to tell where the product was manufactured even though they stated in the correspondence that it was "produced by a trusted manufacturer at an FDA-registered and GMP-certified facility." I asked for a copy of the 3rd party tested results. After a few back and forth messages they said they were sorry there were unable to produce this information and would issue me a refund. This is a company making claims to the safety and effectiveness of their product yet are unable to produce any evidence of where it was made or the safety of a product that people are ingesting. I thought the public should be warned.
