On social media a pop-up appeared for an I-phone case. The item never arrived and after over 10 emails exchanges with Boothcosly customer support; it was evident that this was a scam and this fraudulent business had no desire to correct and satisfy the customer. Customer support continued to advise me to check the post office or with neighbors. They never offered to send a new product or refund my money after several attempts for assistance. They also would never send their address or contact information for their management/consumer complaint office. Extremely poor customer experience.
