I have limited information. I purchased items under the impression I was buying from Boot Barn. This was in November 2024. Since then I have received several email updates stating shipping information. There has been no package delivered to date.

They are poassing as boot barn and had huge cleances and name brands from Boot Barn.

Thought i was ordering from boot barn cheap boots paid and got message stating they would be mailed waited and waited for tracking number finall got one 2 week later and they had shipped but no delivery date. Finally about a month later got an email at 10 pm saying they were delivered. Went out side to check and nothing so i emailed and asked for refund they said they would send me another pair with new tracking number and quick delivery. Got emailed they were delivered 3 weeks later and still nothing. Emailed again for refund and i keep getting it could take up to 150 business days before you get it bad due to banks.
