Portable pressure wash system was advertised on facebook, then went to their website which seems reputable and purchased the pressure washer and battery via Shopify back in May 2026. Never received the item, have been emailing with customer service for months (now September 2026) and they say they are looking into it, will not connect me with anyone live.

I placed an order from this merchant for a product on May 30th. Several weeks went by and no tracking # was provided. I reached out several times to a Irene and she kept giving me the run around about my order being lost and after several emails with her and no progress I requested a refund. She still has not acknowledge the refund request. This is clearly a scam.

Item was advertised on Facebook. Item was battery operated power washer priced at $79.95 free shipping. Ordered item May 08, 2026. Today's date is June 9, 2026. It appears since they (the company) attached an order # as soon as they received the order. Unable to obtain confirmation when the item will ship. I have made several attempts to inquire about shipping and/or receiving a refund. I keep getting the run around from Irene R. I have sent multiple emails asking about shipping the item and/or refund.
