I placed an order from this merchant for a product on May 30th. Several weeks went by and no tracking # was provided. I reached out several times to a Irene and she kept giving me the run around about my order being lost and after several emails with her and no progress I requested a refund. She still has not acknowledge the refund request. This is clearly a scam.

Item was advertised on Facebook. Item was battery operated power washer priced at $79.95 free shipping. Ordered item May 08, 2026. Today's date is June 9, 2026. It appears since they (the company) attached an order # as soon as they received the order. Unable to obtain confirmation when the item will ship. I have made several attempts to inquire about shipping and/or receiving a refund. I keep getting the run around from Irene R. I have sent multiple emails asking about shipping the item and/or refund.
