Ordered a Christmas tree recommended on tik tok. Ordered on Nov. 5th received no updates until Nov. 29th that it was delivered to my house and it was not. Contacted the customer service email provided 4 times and got a response from a different email multiple days later. Still have received no refund and i’m beginning to think I will not be.

Tiktok is running their ads for 9 foot christmas trees on wheels. I purchased the beginning of November and never received my item. They provide a fake tracking number thats China based they always says delivered in mailbox. Thousands of people are all getting scammed by this company this same way. When we dispute through paypal they deny us because of that fake tracking number. We need help.

Paypal is not investigating this because company has given a take tracking number claiming it got delivered but yet no proof of delivery and doesnt specify which delivery company delivered after it states it departed from the USPS facility. I provided alot of videos and websites peope claiming is fake

Ad showed up on Tik Tok for a Christmas tree with lights and remote. I have purchased on Tik Tok in the past and never had a problem. I purchased on Nov. 8th and got a confirmation email. Time passed and I never got anything. I sent and email and have never heard back. I looked at the comments and they all say they didn’t get anything. I should have checked before placing my order.

received tracking number

tracking confirms it went through customs and left the LA USPS facility to another place listed as "FACILITY"

it claims "Facility" delivered the package. I went around my block and mailbox and check cameras and it was false. Even the delivered time was not correct because when I checked it it was only 10am and it claimed it got delivered at 2PM the same day.

I email the email address and no response.

I saw a 7-9 ft pre lit Christmas tree ad on tik tok and when I clicked on the add, it took me to a website called boomira.com where they sell other Christmas items and home decor. Website looked and still looks legit. I placed the order for the Christmas tree on 11/04 and received an email saying I paid $49.99 to Farmington PTE LTD. To this day I still have no tree and they never responded to my emails. Below is transaction ID's they had sent in their one and only email.
