I ordered 4 books in mid-November from this storefront for family members for Christmas. Right before Christmas, I emailed the company to say that I had not received my books. They told me I had selected digital copies of the books, which I never received in my email. I said "no problem, send me an invoice & I will pay the difference to get physical copies." I paid the invoice to get physical copies, and then received ONE of the FOUR physical copies that I ordered in the mail. I again contacted the company, they told me they would need to investigate the situation & get back to me. I provided all of the information that they needed, including order number. Again, they went back & forth with me. They kept telling me the books were sent, but then would backtrack. I finally contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, and was issued a refund. BUYER BEWARE, THIS IS A SCAM, AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
