I was trying to sell back some college books as I’m broke and hungry and don’t need the books anymore. Bookbyte offered me money for a book in pristine condition, so I sent it in. They then marked my book online as damaged, did not contact me, and did not pay me. I contacted them and they claim it’s an illegal copy. This is the 3rd time they’ve pulled this with different books, all of which I purchased directly from a school bookstore or from the book publisher. They are a huge joke!!!
