I bought titanium lug bolts from bonoss. They emailed me and said they no longer make the bolts I bought. I said to cancel the order and refund my money to the merchant. He begged me to accept a partial refund and I respectfully declined and noted that I wanted a full refund. The product was canceled and never shipped. The merchant stated they would refund the full amount but rather they charged my credit card for a product that I’ve respectfully declined and asked to cancel numerous times.
