I hired Bonifacio to put insulation in my attic, but when he came, he only put in about half the agreed upon amount. When I request he come back to complete the job, he said he would but flaked 7 other times over the course of about 3 weeks. I then gave up on him coming and requested a refund instead. We agreed he would pay me 500 instead of completing the work. He flaked on this as well and now refuses to pay me back.
