This website sent me phishing emails threatening that the government will fine me if I do not complete filing reports with BOIR.org. When you file with BOIR.org, they charge your card but don't file the report, and send you a stock email saying that your filing was rejected. Note that the webiste BOIR.gov doesn't exist anymore.
