This company refuses to refund the item as there is no visible item defect, only offering a 15% coupon to their site and that shipping to return the item would cost over $25. Their website does not list their return policy on their website, only stating that they do 30 day returns. The boots are not as described and they smell like cat urine.

I thought i bought from a reputable site. I purchsed 3 pairs of shoes that were advertised as suede but when i received them, they were not suede. I immediately asked to return them and get a refund. They are refusing to give me a return. They are telling me that its too expensive to return and i have to keep them. I have sent several emails and will not help me. The shoes are awful and cannot be worn. This site should be reported. I need help getting back my money
