I placed an order on December 22nd and I have not received it. I was then charged again for it. They claimed I signed up for a subscription, but I never did. There is no indication of a subscription service on the website. No way to cancel the subscription. Customer service is no help.

This product claims to make the entire house smell amazing with high quality scents and leave floors shiny and clean, like nothing anyone has ever used before mopping floors. Claims to leave a long lasting scent and effortless mopping as it is supposed to be 99% efficient at removing dirt, grime, germs and odors. This product did not come scented and it dosen't do any of the things it claimed to do. Its like they packaged water and sent it to me for 29.99 a bottle. I bought 4 bottles all supposed to be different scents. None of the products or packages look like what they advertise on the website, and none of them were labeled as to what scents were supposed to be what because they literally sent me bottles of water for 126.00$... please save someone else the headache and loss of funds for this suppoed "revolutionary cleaning product"

I visited blyssofficial.com to purchase the Blyss Mop Soap that was being advertised. After selecting my desired scent, I placed my order. It took almost a month for the product to arrive, and when it did, the packaging was completely different from what was shown on the website. Additionally, there were no markings or labels to indicate what the scent is. It's just plain, generic labeling that reads "blyss mop soap". Upon opening the bottle it is also clear that it's not scented at all - nor is it soap. I don't know WHAT they put in the bottle, but this is clearly a scam and I will be filing a dispute with my bank. The website claims that the product is made it massachussets but the box clearly says MADE IN CHINA.
