Blyss Mop Soap was $38.00 and spin mop was $24.00 shipping was $4.95. with tax total was $62.10 cent. They NEVER responded after I emailed them twice, trying to get updates on my package delivery.
The provided a phone number that directs to their email address, of which No Response or reply is made, or even a response that email was received.
I even received information from Shop.com that my order was already delivered on April 2, 2026 around noon or a little bit afterwards.
I contacted USPS and the tracking number provided was Not even in their system.
This company is a scam, and being on a fixed income, I saved up to purchase from them.
Very Irreparable and unprofessional company with intentions of scamming people.
I now want my money back in full and no longer want their product.
