I ordered ferns based on the advertisement but was sent different ferns. The advertisement described the ferns as full and lush with 70% OFF the normal $99.00 price. I received a bait and switch product. Poor quality, one piece skimpy green fern and one piece skimpy red fern. I ordered two sets and both were the same. When I contacted Bulpark customer service this is what I was told: Upon investigation, we found that the differences arose primarily because the product photos were taken under professional lighting, combined with the supplier's failure to strictly adhere to our production specifications. The supplier's non-compliant production practices have also resulted in financial losses for us. The first offer was 30% refund, then 50% but I would be responsible for the return shipping and processing cost. The attachment is what I received instead of what was advertised.
