I purchased a cordless vacuum for $70 from Bluesky, a company from China, I never received it. They said it was delivered. After months of emails nothing has been resolved. They offered to refund 40% but have received nothing.

The scammer just keeps sending me the same emails back be patient is coming with the tracking number that's all that never works
