Type of a scam Employment

I was asked to assist with data submissions by selecting products distributed by the system and submitting them for analysis. I was in "training" for 3 hours for them to show me how the system works. When it was time for me to try on my own, I was asked to send screenshots of my progress. When you click on a product and hit submit, money would show up in your "account" At some point I got a message saying there wasn't enough money in my account. So, my "trainer" said I needed to add money to the account by buying cryptocurrency and I needed to use my debit card to buy it. I did not enter any credit or debit card info. That's when I figured out it was a scam.
