Made an order, # BFT6582, the end of November. Said shipping and seller was from Pennsylvania, USA. Item wqs supposed to take 7 buiness days. Never came. Look up tracking number says it is in China. Wrote to the company, they gave me some run around about being too busy and needing to ousource to China, they promised delivery before Christmas. Now its Jan 5 and no shipment still. I have written 4 additional emails with no responses.
