My parents had a 16 year old boy stop by and offer to chip seal their freshly black top driveway. No quotes were given in writing and my parents are elderly, so they misunderstood. The Bluebird Engineering company is a scam. They charged my parents 65,000 and when my mom questioned them, they dropped it to 56,000. My mom paid it because the work had been done. I called the "business" number, the guy was rude and I told him I was going to get an attorney involved. Did not get anywhere, but this is not right. ****** ****** ** ** **** ** **** ** *** ******
