This person said that they represent Blue Shield of California and was performing a "wellness check" to schedule me for a "virtual visit" with a doctor/nurse assistant. Asked me for my California address and would check to see if any medical professional was available in my area, when I said that I don't have a California address anymore, they asked for my current address, which I gave, and then they said that they would check to see if any there was any "virtual visits" were available in my area. They put me on hold both times, eventually, the caller said that there wasn't anyone available in my area. Their "hook" to keep me on the phone was a "gift card" after this phone call and would be given by another agent to get further info from me.
