I did a search for flower delivery places in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The Blossum Flower Delivery service popped up in the list. It suggested it was local, but was not. I placed the order for $108.12, on May 5th, and ordered the flowers for Friday of that week. Friday came and went, no delivery. Saturday came and went, no delivery. Sunday came and no delivery. Meanwhile I had been calling them, and got put on hold, and had them call me back. When they called back, they hung up on me. Then I called them again, and got put on a longer hold, and had them call me back, but they never did. Monday, today, I got a "chat bot" on my email, telling me another stall tactic message. That is about it. I filed a complaint with the FTC.
