BloomsRewards charged me $9.99 monthly without my consent
did not notice this charge month after month. On March 19, 2026 I noticed it on my February bill I called them at (800) 371-6048. They said I had signed up for it. I asked for proof that I had done so and the operator said she would have someone call me. She did say that the $149.85 would be refunded to my credit card. A couple of days later I got a phone message that they were not able to find any record that I had signed up and they were sorry for the inconvenience.
I feel this is a terrible scam and that many people have been cheated by things like this. We await the notice that they have refunded my money to my credit card.
