I ordered option 2 from Bloom Cooking website which was for sourdough starter and artisan baking tools with access to recipes. The website front page was wonky like flashing, but other pages ok. I ordered one, but was charged for 2. I have never received anything except recipes sent to my email address. After a few weeks they started billing me again for the same thing resulting in 2 more charges. Fortunately, my banks fraud alert contacted me and reversed those charges. However, I have never received the items they were supposed to be sent, but was charged for two.

The only way to contact Bloom Cooking was through a form on their website, which I filled out and sent to them. I have never received any response. I don't recommend people purchase from Bloom Cooking.
