Booked Balloon and face painting through WWW. Bloomballoons. shop for a party on 04/05/25 . Gave a $100 deposit . Received a confirmation email of booking with order number on 03/22/25 . Then received a text on 03/29/25 from 210-973-3822 that Bloom Balloons was closing and that they are cancelling the reservation . The text stated that I would receive a full refund in 10-14 business days however I have not received my refund after multiple attempts . This is a scam , after researching i see that this company has done this to several people .
