I originally saw a message on Facebook for "remote" employment from home. Rebecca French was the contact person. She asked to direct message her if interested. She then ask me to use Hangouts on my phone and add the company information. Then, a "person" contacted me asking questions. One of the questions was "how I wanted to be paid," then, what back do I use. After answering about 10 questions, it was determined that I was qualified for the job and asked to send a resume. When I asked if I could speak to someone, I never heard back. Their website is very impressive and looks legit. I tried phoning them today and there was no answer. There is a message about Google Voice. It appears they use Google tools to help carry off this scam.

Same as previous person stated. In addition, they ask if you have a *real* bank account, ask for the front and back of your drivers license and phone number. Everything a scammer needs to go to town with your identity. If they were legit, they would send a secure link to collect that info. When I balked at giving my ssn, they said it was for "verification" purposes. As aoon as I mentioned scamming, tbey abruptly ended the conversation. BEWARE!

I found them over Facebook and was then directed to the hangouts app to have an interview. They have a pretty convincing interview process. They seem really legit right up until they asked for my ssn over the hangouts app. When I asked if they could just email me my w2 so I could fill those out instead they wanted me to just email them my ssn. I’ve also asked for their EIN and they have yet to respond.
