I purchased clothing on February 18th and never received it. They continue to respond back in emails stating it has been delivered. The post office told me that the tracking number did not exist.

They set up a fake site with attractive products. When I ordered, they confirmed and had multiple different tracking sites that showed the product originating in Spain and then China in another. . It took almost a month for the tracking to update to delivered. They sent something to my area so the tracking showed as delivered but when I checked with USPS, it was not delivered to my house and the weight of the item did not match up to my purchase. When I reached out to support, they kept referencing this fraudulent delivery and refused to refund me. They also charged me one amount on Apple Pay and it ended up being almost $25 more when it actually debited from my account.

I made a purchase online at www.blackpridemovement.com (BlackPrideMovement.com) on February 12h, 2026. I paid via the paypal pay in 4 payments, totaling $178.92. So far I've made 3 of the 4 payments. I ordered several items but only received one item. The items ordered included tops, a pair of leggings, a pair of earrings, and caps. I have contacted the company via email at [email protected] and have sent images of the product that I received. They continue to tell me that the order has been delivered and to check with my local post office or neighbors for my package; but they do not have the rest of my order. I believe that the full order was never shipped. Please do what you can to prevent these type of scammers from taking our hard earned money. Thanks for your help.

I ordered 4 items ftom this site. Initially i was charged more money than the site showed as my order total. I emailed them, and the difference of fourteen dollars was refunded.

Upon notification of shipping, i saw it was coming from China and Hungary. It took 30 days to receive my order and two items were missing. There was no order slip with it and there's no way to track it on their site.
