I tried to delete the app and deactivate my account before the free trial ended. I deleted the recurring payment online, and I deleted the app itself. It no longer recognizes that I have an account, yet it charged me the subscription fee. When I went to request a refund, they said they couldn't since it was over 48 hours since the time of purchase. They charged me on a Friday, and it was a Monday. They took my credit card info, my date of birth, my email address and mailing address. When I talked to an AI customer service representative, they gave me misleading information and told me that I could still access my account until September, which I can't ACCESS! I called my credit card company and luckily I won't get recurring transactions from them. This app targets young people seeking to lose weight and capitalizes off of not being able to easily cancel or refund. It has several ads on TikTok, Instagram, and SnapChat. It needs a warning!
