Hi, I ordered $200 amount of bitcoin through www.bitcoin-ex.com on March 13, 2016. But the process was time consuming, so I tried to contact customer service "[email protected]" by email but they didn't reply anything. I tried again and again but still no answer. So I canceled the order which is order number 0082729056. And since I payed through paypal I asked for $200 to the address that took my money which is "[email protected]" And it seems he's name is Garret Hotrin. I still haven't got any money and still no answers from customer service. I think this website is a scam website. I want to get refunded.
